150 Air Mile Ag Exemption

Audits
All trucking companies with a USDOT number WILL BE AUDITED within the first 12 MONTHS of operation as part of FMCSA's New Entrant Program.

Subsequent compliance reviews occur any time FMCSA safety data indicates problems.
Trucking companies may also be randomly selected for IFTA audits by the State in which they are domiciled.

Drug & Alcohol Testing
FMCSA is required to enforce drug and alcohol testing regulations on individuals who drive commercial trucks and buses that require a commercial driver's license (CDL).
Testing occurs, but is not limited to, the following times:
Pre-employment
Post-accident
Random
Reasonable suspicion
Return-to-duty
Follow-up

Driver Qualification Files
All motor carriers must maintain a qualification file for each employed driver.
Every driver must have an application of employment including owner–operators and mechanics that operate vehicles on public roads.

Previous Employment
Motor Vehicle Record
Medical Examiner Certificate
Drug & Alcohol Test Results
